My name is Mindy, and I want you to know that things don't have to continue as they have.
Being a licensed professional counselor associate is my second career of sorts. After years of working in various educational roles and navigating military life with my family, now I get to help people struggling in their marriage, dealing with anxiety, or figuring out some scary life transitions. Maybe the things or the people that once gave you joy and purpose only make you feel tired now.
