Individual Counseling: $125
Individual sessions are 50 minutes and weekly for at least the first 4 weeks. Each session is focused on what you need and your goals. Any assessments we might use are included.
Couples Counseling: $150
In couples counseling, we are focused on your relationship. Sessions last 50 minutes. We will meet together for the first session, then individually so you each have space to share your thoughts and concerns. Finally, we come back together in our fourth session with a unified plan to follow. Sessions will be together thereafter.
Discernment Counseling: $300-350
Discernment Counseling is a unique, intensive service for couples. If you or your spouse are considering divorce but are not completely sure that is the best path, Discernment Counseling helps you find clarity and confidence on the best next steps for you both.
Number of Sessions: A maximum of 5 counseling sessions. The first session is usually 2 hours and the subsequent are 1.5 or 2 hours.
Discernment Counseling is not suited for these situations:
- When one spouse has already made a final decision to divorce
- When one spouse is coercing the other to participate
- When there is danger of domestic violence
